1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vitalactive.co (the "Site") and the purchase of products sold by Vitalcore Global Pte. Ltd. ("Vitalactive," "we," "us," or "our"), registered at 68 Circular Road, Singapore 049422. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

Our products are intended for adults. By using the Site or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Vitalactive is a dietary/food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Keep out of reach of children.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, ingredients, and descriptions accurately, but we do not warrant that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription plan, your order will renew automatically at the frequency displayed at checkout (for example, every 4 weeks), and your payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal, until you cancel. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by contacting us or through your account, where available. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund payments already processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it so we can review your request. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplement products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and design, is the property of Vitalcore Global Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; transmit harmful code or interfere with the Site's operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the Site for any fraudulent or unauthorized commercial purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalcore Global Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitalcore Global Pte. Ltd., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
